All lights with exception of the headlights work. Any suggestions?

Also check power in and out at the dimmer switch.

I had issues with the headlights once, ran around finding shorts here and there. Even behind the fuse panel.
One time it was the dimmer switch on the floor, another time it was the head light switch itself, even though it tested fine, but once you ran power through it, it would not power the headlights anymore. Put a new switch in and it was fine.
Good luck.
