My 48 Fleetline Aero
Pretty stock with some minor additions. Installed a pathfinder turn signal, some fog lights and lowered it about 3 inches in the rear and put on a dual circuit master cylinder with power booster. Oh yeah...just put on Fenton Headers with pencil tips.

Great Looking 47. My first car was a 47 Chevy Coupe, purchased inn 1957, when I was 15, for $75.00.
Had another in 1966 that I put the drive drain out of a 56 Chevy. 265 with 3 speed. Called a junk yard to come and tow it off in 1971. Mistake. In 2010 found a stock 48 coupe and still have it.

New guy here. Photo is my car on a trailer heading to the paint shop. It's a 47 Fleetline 2-dr sedan, highly modified. I took a '95 Z28 and used the complete drive train with the exception of the front clip which is from a '87 Grand Prix. I took doors from a coupe and swapped the B-pillars so they would work. I sectioned the trunk lid, split the bumper in the back, pie-cut the hood and chopped the roof 2 inches. Rather than lengthen the roof I shortened the body so the roof would fit. of course that meant shortening the frame as well. I fabricated mounts for the trail arm posi rear from the Z28. used the complete factory wiring harness. It runs great and hope to have it on the road this spring. Now that I wrote all that I can't figure out how to post a pic.
