I came a cross a red medal round top fuse box
that has large black letters saying. ANTHES
TRUKFLAR then UL with a circle around it. Does
any have any Info. about this? Thanks.

I believe that what you have found is a package of flares that were intended to be carried by trucks over 10,000 lb GVWR (ones whose operation was regulated by the Interstate Commerce Commission). These were, I believe, intended to be lit and placed behind a disabled truck at the side of the road - to warn oncoming drivers of its' presence.

I'm unsure of the vintage, but would guess at anywhere between just before ww2 up to the early 1960s.

Does this make any sense judging from whatever you can read on the packaging?
