There was a re-run of a Wheeler Dealers episode tonight, and the mechanic dude used this dent puller that was a series of keys that you spot weld to the car, and then use a screw-mechanism to pull the dent out. Since my Daughter's car has a dent on the outside of the A-pillar, I need a good tool to pull it, and the thing they used on TV looks perfect for the task.

Do any of you guys know what that thing is called or who makes it?

Thanks,

Greg

I've seen it, but it uses a bar to pull the studs that have been tack welded on, not a slide hammer.

Eastwood probably has one, or a body supply store.

Tom,

I think I've exhausted every body supply site I can think of, to no avail. I've never been too talented with the old slide hammer routine.

Why don't you email Velocity Channel and direct your question to Wheeler Dealers. I bet you'll get a response.
